What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in any related field.
  • With at least 3 years of experience in overseeing store branches

What are the key responsibilities and accountabilities:

The Store Supervisor will focus on the following:

  • Allocate manpower in each store per assigned area.
  • Evaluate store employee performance.
  • Review and assess the performance evaluation of store employee.
  • Monitor stocks per area to prevent Overstocking/Understocking.
  • Suggest branch to branch transfer of stocks.
  • Review Audit reports on stock inventory (Physical Count).
  • Analyze fast moving and non-moving items.
  • Decide upselling strategies for promoting non-moving items.
  • Monitor and reports overall center concerns and directly deals with concerned departments.
  • Monitor daily and monthly sales.
  • Observe effectiveness of promos.
  • Suggest promotion improvements to Regional Sales Manager
  • Conduct regular surprise center visits.
  • Check and observe if the standard operating procedures in stores are implemented.
  • Submit & present area sales reports to the Regional Sales Manager
