FINANCE MANAGER

Help us strengthen financial sustainability and decision-making at Philand Security Agency (PSAI). We're hiring a Finance Manager to lead collections and cash, elevate reporting across departments, and advise Top Management on data-driven choices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own end-to-end Collections and cash management to protect liquidity and support growth.
  • Lead client pricing and margin analysis to drive profitability.
  • Review monthly financial statements, A/R aging, and billing & collection reports; ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Provide clear financial insights and recommendations to the Comptroller, COO, and Top Management.
  • Review and sign off on consolidated reports (e.g., non-trade A/R aging; pre- & post-audit of billing; month-end performance and cash bonds).
  • Prepare and manage the company's consolidated annual budget; monitor utilization and variances by cost center.
  • Manage and maintain the Cash Position Statement."
  • Organize and secure financial records; champion information security and good recordkeeping.
  • Coach and oversee the cashier, billing & collection associates; instill timely, accurate reporting.
  • Engage professionally with clients and regulatory bodies when needed.
  • Manage and optimize the company's investment portfolio to ensure financial viability and growth.
  • Exercise approval authority over financial procedures, while providing recommendations for budget allocation and financial audits.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA); Bachelor's degree in Accountancy.
  • 10+ years of financial management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles, budgeting, cash management, and pricing/analysis.
  • Sharp analytical thinking, sound decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication across departments, clients, and regulators.
