Your Role:

  • Call and engage warm leads generated from Meta campaigns
  • Recommend KwikCare Health Plan products and close sales through consultative, client-focused techniques
  • Maintain accurate and timely lead records
  • Collaborate with your team remotely every day, and strengthen connections during in-person sessions twice a month

Qualifications:

  • At least college-level education
  • Minimum 1 year of outbound telesales experience (insurance background a plus)
  • Customer-focused with proven ability to convert leads into sales and exceed targets
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays as part of a 5-day workweek
