As a Ranking Specialist, you will be immersed in the exciting realm of leveraging artificial intelligence to propel our clients' organic search performance to new heights. Within this position, your focus will be dedicated to a specific vertical, allowing you to dive deeply into the nuances and intricacies of that industry. Your primary responsibility will involve executing the monthly SEO tasks tailored to meet the unique needs and objectives of our clients within that vertical. This targeted approach ensures that you become a specialist in your assigned domain, enabling you to deliver precise and impactful SEO strategies that align with the specific challenges and opportunities within the chosen industry.

This role is not only a pathway to further develop your expertise but also a platform to contribute significantly to client success while gaining comprehensive experience within a specialized vertical.

Responsibilities:

? Actively participate in the implementation of sophisticated AI-driven SEO strategies

to optimize client websites and content.

? Utilize AI-powered tools for comprehensive keyword research, ensuring targeted and

high-impact optimizations.

? Analyze data derived from advanced AI-driven analytics tools, extracting actionable

insights to inform strategic decisions in SEO campaigns.

? Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified approach in

aligning AI-driven SEO objectives with broader marketing goals.

Success Metrics

? The timely completion of assigned monthly workload.

? The ability to manage workload efficiently and contribute to the overall productivity of

the team.

? Regular quality reviews of SEO work to assess accuracy, relevance, and adherence to

best practices.

? Receive good scores from a review system that quantifies the quality of implemented

strategies and optimizations.

? Receive positive feedback from leadership and team members on contributions to

team culture, collaboration, and a positive work environment

Requirements
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional environment handling data-driven,  problem-solving, or detail-oriented tasks
  • 1+ years of SEO-related experience is required
  • Digital marketing experience is required and agency experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
  • Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS

Position Details

? This role does not have management responsibilities.

? This is a full-time non-exempt position.

? The standard days and hours of work are Monday through Friday. 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CST (10:30 PM to 7:30 AM)

? This role entails using a computer, phone, and to remain in a stationary position 95%

of the day.

? This role does not require travel.
