Summary:

As an Accounting Lead / Supervisor you will oversee the accounting operations and guide a small team of professionals. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with standards, and smooth day-to-day accounting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support the accounting team.
  • Oversee AP, AR, payroll, and general ledger functions.
  • Ensure timely month-end and year-end closings.
  • Review financial reports and provide insights to management.
  • Maintain compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred).
  • At least 3 to 5 years of accounting experience, with years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and reporting.
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Excel.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50, Php70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Manila Central Post Office 1090 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
