We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Risk Control Specialist to join our Online Gaming Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring player activities, identifying irregular or suspicious behavior, and ensuring that all gaming operations comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly help protect the company from fraud, abuse, and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor real-time player transactions, bets, and gameplay behavior to identify unusual patterns.
  • Conduct risk assessments and investigations on suspicious accounts, activities, or financial transactions.
  • Implement and enforce fraud prevention measures aligned with company policies and gaming regulations.
  • Analyze trends, anomalies, and system alerts to identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.
  • Work closely with Customer Support, Compliance, Payment, and Tech teams to resolve risk-related cases.
  • Prepare incident reports, case documentation, and risk analysis summaries.
  • Recommend improvements to risk controls, workflows, and monitoring tools.
  • Stay updated on online gaming fraud tactics, AML risks, and industry best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, data security standards, and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

  • Experience in online gaming, risk control, fraud prevention, or AML is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of fraud patterns, chargeback processes, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, interpret trends, and spot anomalies.
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and respond quickly to emerging risks.
  • Proficiency with Excel, data analysis tools, or risk monitoring platforms is a plus.
  • Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays if needed due to operational demands.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php22,000.00 per month
