Job Specifications:

Balance Sheet Accounts

  • Monitors, analyses and report on inventory valuation, production and various other costs;

  • Checks/verifies Purchase Orders that requires advance payment;

  • Prepares and posts month-end entries such as amortization of prepayments, depreciation and adjusting entries relating to balance sheet accounts;

  • Reconciles/verifies unpaid accounts of various suppliers and subcontractors;

  • Reconciles and verifies bank deposits and payments.

Income Statement Accounts

  • Prepares and posts month-end entries such as construction income, collection, accrual of costs & expenses and adjusting entries relating to income statement accounts;

  • Prepares billing for cost incurred for non-joint venture transactions;

  • Prepares year-end external audit schedules relating to income statement accounts.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a college graduate, preferably BS in Accountancy.

  • Experience is advantage.

  • Good oral and communication skills.

  • Knowledgeable in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
