Duties and Responsibilities
Work on the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, from job posting to onboarding

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and participate in candidate selection

Support the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career development

Assist in identifying and nurturing high-potential employees and facilitate learning initiatives (L&D Track)
-
Contribute to talent management strategies, including performance management, career development, and succession planning
-
Collaborate on initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive workplace culture
-
Implement and analyze employee feedback mechanisms (Employee Engagement Track)
-
Assist in maintaining positive employee relations, addressing concerns, and supporting conflict resolution
-
Maintain accurate HR records
-
Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports
-
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization (Recruitment Track)
Job Specification
-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Additional certifications in the HR track are advantageous.

Proven experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, and labor relations.

Strong understanding of HR principles.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.
