Duties and Responsibilities

Work on the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned vacancies, from job posting to onboarding

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and participate in candidate selection

  • Support the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills, capabilities, and career development

  • Assist in identifying and nurturing high-potential employees and facilitate learning initiatives (L&D Track)

  • Contribute to talent management strategies, including performance management, career development, and succession planning

  • Collaborate on initiatives to promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and a positive workplace culture

  • Implement and analyze employee feedback mechanisms (Employee Engagement Track)

  • Assist in maintaining positive employee relations, addressing concerns, and supporting conflict resolution

  • Maintain accurate HR records

  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports

  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the organization (Recruitment Track)

Job Specification

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field. Additional certifications in the HR track are advantageous.

  • Proven experience in HR roles, with exposure to recruitment, learning and development, talent management, employee engagement, and labor relations.

  • Strong understanding of HR principles.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities.

  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
