The Project Coordinator will oversee the planning, implementation, monitoring, and completion of projects under the organization. The role requires strong coordination skills, experience working with barangays, LGUs, or public agencies, and a proven commitment to community service and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and implement community-based projects in collaboration with barangays, LGUs, and partner government or public institutions.
  • Serve as primary liaison between the organization and local government agencies to ensure project alignment, approvals, and smooth execution.
  • Conduct regular field visits to project sites to assess progress, address issues, and provide guidance.
  • Prepare project plans, timelines, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor project budgets, resources, and expenditures to ensure compliance with organizational policies and partner requirements.
  • Lead stakeholder meetings, consultations, and orientations to ensure smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
  • Ensure proper documentation, including attendance reports, activity logs, government coordination letters, and project monitoring forms.
  • Identify community needs and propose strategies, improvements, or new initiatives.
  • Support the rollout of public service programs, awareness campaigns, and outreach activities.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that project tasks are completed on schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with barangay offices, public agencies, local government units, or similar community-related programs.
  • Background in public service, community organizing, project implementation, or government partnership work.
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and troubleshoot issues in the field.
  • Knowledge of local governance processes, public programs, and administrative protocols.
  • Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong report writing, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and community engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse groups.
