This is a remote position.

SUMMARY
The IT Project Coordinator will support internal project and partner management activities, focusing on vendor relationships, partner programs, and certifications. This role ensures smooth coordination across internal initiatives, enhances efficiency, reduces costs, and enables Service Delivery and supporting teams to stay focused on customer success.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner & Vendor Support
  • Maintain accurate and updated records for cloud and supplier partners (AWS, Azure, Ingram Micro, etc.).
  • Track certifications, partner requirements, and program renewals to ensure the company remains in good standing.
  • Prepare and submit funding or incentive requests under the guidance of management.
  • Attend and support partner meetings, capture meeting notes, and follow up on action items.
  • Generate internal reports on partner performance, funding utilization, and certification status.
Internal Project Coordination
  • Support internal initiatives focused on cost savings, process improvements, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain project tracking in Jira or other systems and follow up on assigned tasks.
  • Coordinate project meetings, document minutes, and update progress reports.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to internal projects and processes.
Operational Reporting & Documentation
  • Update dashboards, spreadsheets, and internal reports with current and accurate data.
  • Maintain documentation in Confluence and/or SharePoint for partner programs and internal initiatives.
  • Prepare summary reports and presentations for management review.
  • Support adherence to internal governance and compliance processes.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1–3 years of experience in administrative, project coordination, or vendor support roles.
  • Experience supporting technology or cloud-related teams is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft or Google Suites (Excel/Sheets, Word/Docs, PowerPoint/Slides).
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is an advantage but not required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Should be willing to accept a long-term work-from-home arrangement.
  • Should be amenable to a permanent night shift schedule.
