Must Have Skills

  • Proven experience in operations, sales operations, or business management
  • Proficient in HubSpot CRM (required)
  • Proficiency in (either certified or demonstrated extensive experience)
  • Strong analytical skills (report and dashboard generation)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to identify process improvements
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Specific Industry Experience

  • Nice to have: Experience in tech, SaaS, or digital services

Qualifications

  • Background in operations or business management
  • certification is preferred

Other Requirements

  • Ability to act as a liaison between sales and operations
  • Skilled in creating and analyzing sales and people performance reports
  • Experience in workflow optimization and process improvement
  • Familiarity with performance and KPI tracking
  • Comfortable supporting leadership with operational planning and project execution
  • Cultural fit: someone who fosters accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

  • Lack of operations, business, or sales operations background
  • No working knowledge of
