JOB REQUIREMENT:

  1. Budget Planning & Consolidation

  2. Coordinate annual operating and capital budget planning with departments

  3. Consolidate and review submissions for accuracy and completeness

  4. Budget Monitoring & Reporting

  5. Monitor actual expenditures vs. budget

  6. Prepare and distribute monthly Budget vs Actual (BvA) reports

  7. Forecasting & Financial Planning

  8. Prepare quarterly rolling forecasts

  9. Conduct trend and scenario analysis for strategic planning

  10. Variance Analysis & Cost Control

  11. Analyze budget variances

  12. Recommend corrective actions and savings opportunities

  13. Compliance & Internal Controls

  14. Ensure financial practices align with PAGCOR, BIR, and company policies

  15. Maintain proper budget documentation for audit

  16. Cross-functional Support

  17. Collaborate with Ops, Marketing, HR, IT, and other teams on budgeting matters

  18. Provide budgetary advice and support

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3–5 years' relevant experience in budgeting or financial planning, ideally within gaming, hospitality, or BPO industries
  • Strong understanding of Philippine gaming compliance (PAGCOR, AMLA, BIR)
  • Proficient in Excel and financial software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Should be CPA
