Cost Control Associate

Job Description
The Cost Control Associate handles day-to-day cost control-related tasks and activities such as conducting cost evaluation and analysis as well as implementing cost control initiatives that support effective/efficient financial management.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accounting and/or other finance-related courses (a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred but not required).
- Minimum 1-year relevant work experience in real estate development firms/other related industries and/or handled various general accounting, tax audit/compliance, financial analysis and reporting, cost management and budgeting functions.
- Highly/proficient in all aspects of communication including oral, written and presentation skills
- With critical thinking/, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Highly/proficient in MS Office applications – MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word or other accounting software/application such as SAP and Smartsheet.
- With numerical proficiency and financial acumen relevant to general accounting, tax audit/compliance, Cost Control, and business processes/operations.
- Can deal and handle non-critical to (low) complex/critical problems and tasks relevant to financial analysis and reporting, cost management as well as budgeting.
- With adequate knowledge of Accounting principles, Financial Analysis, Reporting standards, Cost Management and Compliance requirements.
- With leadership skills/, proactive, result-driven and process approach mindset as well as proven track record in driving and achieving business objectives and results.
- Very/keen on details specifically on different aspects of general accounting, tax audit/compliance, financial analysis and reporting, cost management and budgeting.
- Highly/proficient in coordinating and collaborating with cross-functional departments, projects, teams and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
