Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process purchase requests from various departments.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and compliance.
  • Prepare and issue purchase orders (PO) in line with company policies.
  • Negotiate with vendors for favorable terms, discounts, and delivery schedules.
  • Monitor order status, follow up on delayed deliveries, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and documentation.
  • Maintain and update supplier database, contracts, and procurement records.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational procurement policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in budget monitoring and cost control initiatives.
  • Support audits by providing accurate procurement records.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
  • Knowledge of purchasing processes, vendor management, and basic contract terms.
  • Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
