About the role

We are looking for a driven and organised Procurement Assistant to join the Philippine Football Federation in Pasig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role will assist the procurement team in managing the acquisition of goods and services required for the organisation's operations and events. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in ensuring the Federation's procurement processes are efficient and compliant.

What you'll be doing

  1. Assist in preparing procurement documentation such as requests for quotation, purchase orders, and contracts
  2. Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and manage deliveries
  3. Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor information
  4. Support the team in processing invoices and payments
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures
  6. Provide administrative support to the procurement function as required

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport or logistics industries
  2. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers
  4. Proficient in using procurement software and MS Office applications
  5. Knowledge of procurement best practices and relevant regulations
  6. A team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
  7. Note: We are relocating to Carmona, Cavite, within the year.
