Role Summary:

As a Training Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for our employees. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of our organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute strategic training programs that support organizational goals, onboarding, employee development, and leadership readiness across all levels.
  • Partner with functional leaders to conduct gap analyses and co-develop targeted, role-specific learning pathways that improve team capabilities and productivity.
  • Develop engaging and scalable learning content using modern instructional design techniques, integrating digital tools and blended learning approaches.
  • Lead and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning interventions using diverse, learner-centric methods to maximize engagement and retention.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments, feedback loops, and performance metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related discipline; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Demonstrated success in end-to-end training lifecycle management, from needs assessment to content development and impact measurement.
  • Proficient in adult learning principles, instructional design, and modern learning technologies (e.g., LMS platforms, e-learning tools).
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across departments and leadership levels.
  • Results-driven, highly organized, and adaptable; must be willing to be assigned in Kapitolyo, Pasig.
