Job description:

  • Performs various logistics functions in accordance with company standards and all relevant procedures set by the local and international regulating bodies such as all other foreign authorities where LTP is approved.

  • Ensures compliance on relevant import and export regulations and local transfer of materials in and out of the PEZA economic zone

  • Ensures compliance with relevant import and export regulations and local transfer of materials in and out of the PEZA economic zone including preparation of Out Gate Pass, PEZA Accountable Forms 8106&8105, etc.

  • Ensures that safety and health risks are adequately assessed and controlled in the operations of area of responsibility.

  • Ensures that safety incidents occurring in area of responsibility are investigated and reported.

  • Ensures that safety and health rules, and requirements are implemented in the area of responsibility.

  • Ensures compliance on relevant import and export regulations and local transfer of materials in and out of the PEZA economic zone.

  • Ensures compliance with all relevant import and export regulations as imposed by PEZA, BOC and other governmental agencies, including local transfer of materials in and out of the PEZA economic zone.

  • Handles various concerns on import and export regulations and local transfer of materials in and out of the PEZA economic zone and assist in coming-up with resolutions thereof such as but not limited to PEZA List of Importable/exportable (LOI/LOE), PEZA Import Permit and Export Declaration, PEZA Form 8105 and 8106

  • Analyzes and processes the Planner/Buyers' request in checking regulatory requirements in importing or exporting Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) such as but not limited to paints, adhesives, sealant, etc.

  • Monitors the transportation and customs clearance of company import and export shipments via air/sea/land and performs necessary coordination with freight forwarder and customs brokers.

  • Secures required license, permit/s, exemption/s in compliance with existing regulations for regulated importation and exportation such as but not limited to Philippine National Police (PNP), Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), Department of Energy (DOE), National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), and Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Food and Drug Authority (FDA) Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP), etch. Including submission of reportorial requirements

Qualifications:

  • College graduate of a 4-year course in Aviation Logistics or Customs Administration.

  • Preferably with one (1) year experience in freight forwarding and customs brokerage

  • Willing to render overtime if necessary

  • Willing to be assign in Pasay City
