About the Role

We are a global professional services company, looking for a Data Analytics and Modeling Manager to join our Sales Excellence team. This team empowers sales and operations to optimize deals, improve performance, and drive business growth through intelligent data analysis and modeling.

As the Data Analytics and Modeling Manager, you will transform complex data into meaningful business insights that guide strategic decisions. You will lead a team focused on analytics, data visualization, and process improvement while collaborating with operations to deliver user-friendly and actionable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and process data from various business functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Finance
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and insights for business decision-making
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and industrialize analytics models, dashboards, and scorecards
  • Manage data tools access and monitor system usage
  • Lead and mentor a team of analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in data modeling and analysis
  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and BigQuery
  • Strong proficiency in SQL or Python
  • Experience applying machine learning algorithms to business problems
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
  • At least 5 years of leadership or managerial experience
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Good to Have:

  • Background in Data Science or Finance
  • Understanding of sales processes and systems
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRMA
  • Software engineering knowledge
