The Retail Service Associate is responsible for transaction processing in designated 2GO retail outlets. Transactions include but is not limited to travel ticket booking and issuance, acceptance of documents / parcels / cargo for delivery and shipment, and other related services offered in 2GO outlets.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper execution of transactions at the outlet for identified services.
  • Implement Retail designated processes related to ensuring clean and well operating outlet (e.g. cleanliness functions, proper files / reports, proper display of selling materials, etc.)
  • Extend proper customer service and conduct selling / marketing activities as may be assigned.
  • Prepare, conduct, and deliver other administrative functions needed (e.g. report filing and submissions, safekeep and security of accepted package and funds, etc. )
  • Provide regular and adhoc report and assist in Business Development, direction and execution
  • Accurate execution of all transactions to valuable clients

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a 4-year course in Business Administration, Marketing, or Management
  • With a minimum of 3–4 years of frontline selling/retail experience in a customer service–oriented environment.
