A. HR Leadership & Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the HR team and provide guidance on HR processes and best practices.
  • Advise management on HR-related decisions, workforce planning, and organizational development.
  • Develop short- and long-term HR plans, including talent development and succession planning.

B. Recruitment & Talent Management

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment and ensure quality hiring across all levels.
  • Approve job postings, hiring decisions, and compensation recommendations.
  • Ensure structured onboarding and integration of new employees.
  • Build talent pipelines and implement retention strategies.

C. Employee Relations & Workplace Culture

  • Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and conduct grievance handling.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture.
  • Oversee employee engagement programs, recognition activities, and organizational events.
  • Ensure proper communication channels between management and employees.

D. Performance Management & HR Administration

  • Oversee implementation of the performance appraisal system and KPI monitoring.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records, HRIS/ERP data, and personnel files.
  • Review and approve HR memos, policy updates, and official communication documents.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee performance and accountability.

E. Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Oversight

  • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
  • Manage company-wide benefits administration (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, leave credits).
  • Develop competitive compensation structures and ensure internal equity.
  • Provide strategic input on salary adjustments, promotions, and rewards.

F. Compliance, Labor Relations & Policy Enforcement

  • Ensure full compliance with the Labor Code, DOLE regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Lead disciplinary processes, investigations, and proper issuance of NTEs and decisions.
  • Maintain updated HR policies, employee handbook, and compliance documentation.
  • Prepare and lead DOLE audits, government reporting, and administrative hearings.

G. Training, Development & Organizational Improvement

  • Identify training needs and create annual training and development plans.
  • Oversee internal and external training programs and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Lead succession planning, leadership development, and career progression initiatives.
  • Drive process improvement, HR digital transformation, and HR analytics reporting.

Job Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in HR, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong background in employee relations, recruitment, compensation, and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and government-mandated benefits.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in HRIS/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes, labor compliance, and HR reporting.
  • Experience in developing HR policies and performance management systems.
