Qualifications:

- With experience in administrative tasks and basic inventory work
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Good communication and time-management skills
- Can work with minimal supervision
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and preparing reports
- Assist in monitoring and recording inventory movements
- Update inventory logs and coordinate with warehouse personnel
- Prepare purchase requests, delivery receipts, and other documents
- Answer calls, emails, and assist visitors or internal staff
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office activities
- Monitor and replenish office supplies
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of inventory-related reports
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management
