  • Assist in monitoring and recording inventory movements
  • Update inventory logs and coordinate with warehouse personnel
  • Prepare purchase requests, delivery receipts, and other documents
  • Answer calls, emails, and assist visitors or internal staff
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and office activities
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of inventory-related reports
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management
