  • Develop, maintain & update Detailed Project Schedules as per Project Requirements

  • Prepare Reports / Progress Drawings for the project on Daily, Weekly and Monthly Basis

  • Coordinate with all Departments to insure that the Programme includes all Key Milestones & activities required at project level to perform the delivery of the project scope

Principal Accountabilities


• Prepare Detailed Project Baseline Package/*Programme in accordance with Approved Planning Process *and Procedures Manual

  • Prepare Manpower and Equipment Schedules in close collaboration with Project Control Manager/ Project Manager

  • Update and Monitor the Project Progress and Productivity rates against the Approved Baseline Programmer

  • Review Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Reports for the Project

  • Review KPI Sheets form Project Programme and update them on daily basis

  • Review daily Progress Drawing for the project in collaboration with survey / Drafting Department


• Prepare project risks related to scheduling and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential delays


• Prepare Monthly Meeting Presentations and various documents/calculations for planning purposes

  • Provide analysis and recommendations as to corrective action based upon planning data


• Ensure that project planning, monitoring controls high calibre level in order to meet the set targets in terms of project schedules, optimum productivity & efficiency

  • Liaising with project team members in gathering data in support of the planning process

  • This is a generalist view of a Job that you have been assigned for - at times you will be ask to do

above/beyond the scope of this role due to Operational requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in a related discipline, or equivalent

  • Hand-on experience in P6 Primavera software

  • Ability to understand and work on Risk & opportunity is an added advantage Competencies

Relevant Experience

Minimum 08 years' experience in Project planning, monitoring and production control, in related industries
