DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assumes overall responsibilities of overall project (macro and micro) planning, schedule development and maintenance
  • Advises on progress measurement system and reporting set-up and implementation
  • Prepares progress/performance evaluation and reporting;
  • Prepares Monthly and Weekly Progress Reports for approval
  • Assists on Turn-around planning and scheduling and implementation and/or monitoring,
  • Assists the contractor in the creation of Engineering and Procurement Schedules utilizing Primavera
  • Assists establishment of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), determining the work activity duration, and establishing the proper workflow logic ties
  • Routine analysis and work around option planning along with interface coordination with the construction scheduler will be required;
  • Reviews Extension of Time claim from a scheduling perspective

QUALIFICATION

  • Graduate of BS Civil Engineer
  • With 3-5 years of work experience as planning engineer
  • Knowledgeable in Primavera
