About the Role

We are looking for a
Senior Golang Engineer
with deep experience in distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and containerized deployments. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, optimize, and ship high-performance backend services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services in Golang
  • Implement event-driven architectures using Kafka
  • Deploy and manage containerized applications on AWS EKS
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
  • Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product, and Architecture teams
  • Improve application performance, reliability, and security
  • Participate in code reviews and architectural planning
  • Troubleshoot production issues to ensure system stability

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience
  • At least 3 years of hands-on Golang development
  • Strong knowledge of concurrency, memory management, and microservices in Go
  • Practical experience with Kafka (producers, consumers, topics, schemas)
  • Solid background in Docker and Kubernetes (preferably AWS EKS)
  • CI/CD experience using GitHub Actions
  • Experience with REST, gRPC, and message-driven systems

Good-to-Have

  • Experience with cloud-native design patterns
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools
