- Performs other task that may be instructed by the MOD from time to time.
- Resolves immediately all identified problems during operations by reporting and collaborating with the Medical Operations Director and concerned Unit for immediate action to prevent traffic in the PEME flow and any delay in operations.
- Maintains efficiency in receiving of patients by monitoring daily operations, recommending procedures and innovations to improve PEME, and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Facilitates endorse screening and rush case patients by coordinating with the Front Desk Personnel for the batching of rush patients and coordinating with the Follow-up Reception for medical status to ensure that patients have completed their medical exa
- Evaluates and reports results of the Online Patient survey & Follow-Up Survey by tallying responses, interpreting data based on score template, evaluating results, and submitting results to the Medical Operations Director for Management's feedback
- Oversees the patient flow in various ways by acting as the triage officer by decking patients amongst the units per floor to attend concerns and elevate to the supervisor or with the Medical Operations Director for immediate action.
- Ensure that all endorsed by the company were monitored and being overtook in the receiving reception.
- Facilitates patients by accommodating inquiries, concerns, and complaints and taking necessary immediate actions/solutions, and coordinates with the operations manager
