We have a partner based in Australia who is a fast-growing Accounting, Tax & Virtual CFO firm supporting SMEs across Australia. With a strong focus on client service, accuracy, and strategic financial support, we are expanding our team to bring in someone who can grow with us and eventually become the "go-to" person for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review bookkeeping tasks (Xero/MYOB/QuickBooks).
  • Assist with BAS, IAS, payroll, and monthly reconciliations.
  • Support Virtual CFO workflows, including dashboards, reports, and cash flow tasks.
  • Communicate with clients professionally via email, phone, and meetings.
  • Follow internal processes and maintain accurate records.
  • Help enhance the client experience across the business.
  • Provide ad-hoc accounting and administrative support to the Senior Accountant / Director.

Skills & Requirements

  • Basic accounting or administrative experience preferred but not essential.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and financial tools.
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Positive attitude — willing to learn and grow.
