Brady caters to more than 3,000 doctors specializing in Dermatology and Ophthalmology. The consumer team distributes products through retail channels such as Mercury, Watsons, and SM stores.

ROLE DESCRIPTIONA Professional Medical Representative is a sales professional working for pharmaceutical or medical equipment companies.

At Brady Pharma Inc., you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals by providing them with information regarding the company's products. Their primary role is to promote and sell the company's products to healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and pharmacists. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESMeeting sales targets: Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets for products by identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting them into sales.

Product promotion: Have a detailed understanding of the company's products and effectively communicate their features, benefits, and rationale for their use to healthcare professionals through one-on-one meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations. Relationship building: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals through regular visits, providing support and education about products, and addressing concerns or queries. Market intelligence: Gather market intelligence, such as competitor information, market trends, and customer needs to design effective sales strategies and provide feedback to improve products and services.

Reporting and documentation: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data, providing regular reports to the sales manager or company to track progress and contribute to sales forecasting. QUALIFICATIONSGraduate of any 4-year course. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Previous experience in the same field is preferred but not required. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.

Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willing to travel or commute.
