Cabuyao, Calabarzon, Philippines ACRG BATCHING PLANT CORPORATION Full time ₱180,000 - ₱300,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and ensure the quality of raw materials (cement, aggregates, admixtures, water, etc.).
  • Conduct routine sampling and testing of fresh and hardened concrete.
  • Oversee the calibration and maintenance of batching plant equipment.
  • Prepare and maintain QC reports, test results, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Production and Site Teams to ensure quality compliance.
  • Ensure that concrete mix designs are strictly followed.
  • Investigate and resolve quality-related issues in production and site deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety, and client specifications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control, preferably in a batching plant or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of concrete technology, mix design, and testing procedures.
  • Familiar with ASTM, ACI, DPWH, or other relevant standards.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
