Job Summary:

Under the direct supervision of the QA/QC Manager, the QC/QA Head shall ensure that customer satisfaction is achieved. All specified internal and external requirements and targets must be met, and if necessary, improvements shall take place. He/She is also responsible for the strategic leadership of the quality control system of the manufacturing plant.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering
  • With atleast 5-8 years experience in handling quality operation, Quality Management System, ISO Certification, Production inspection and assembly process.
  • Knowledgeable in ISO and strict Compliance with legal Requirements and in Electronics Company/Semiconductors/Manufacturing
  • Quick correlation of cause and effect and improvisation of corrective measures meet unexpected developments needed.
  • Knowledge in SMT and PCBA is an ADVANTAGE.
  • Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao/Calamba Plant.
