Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems aligned with ISO 9001 and other applicable standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and management reviews to assess system effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Lead QA teams in identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, SCM, Engineering) to ensure quality integration across departments.
  • Facilitate training programs on quality systems, audit procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Supervise QC inspectors and engineers in monitoring product quality at various stages—IQC, in-process, and final inspection.
  • Oversee documentation and reporting of inspection results, non-conformances, and customer complaints.
  • Ensure proper implementation of quality tools such as Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
  • Collaborate with suppliers and production teams to resolve quality issues and improve yield.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance/control supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, or other quality methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems and tools.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
