Position Overview

The Multimedia Producer is responsible for planning, creating, and managing multimedia content across digital, social, and traditional platforms. This role combines creativity and technical expertise to produce engaging content that supports campaigns, brand storytelling, and client initiatives. The Multimedia Producer will work closely with the Creative, Accounts, and Digital teams to ensure all multimedia assets are delivered on time, aligned with client objectives, and meet Tagline's creative standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize, plan, and produce multimedia content (video, audio, graphics, animation, interactive media) for digital and traditional campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, Designers, Copywriters, and Account Managers to execute campaign deliverables.
  • Oversee the end-to-end production process including pre-production planning, shooting, editing, and post-production.
  • Manage and maintain multimedia equipment, production tools, and software.
  • Ensure all multimedia outputs follow brand guidelines, creative briefs, and quality standards.
  • Adapt content formats for different platforms (web, social media, presentations, events, activations).
  • Stay updated with multimedia trends, digital platforms, and new technologies to propose innovative content solutions.
  • Manage production schedules, timelines, and budgets to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate with third-party suppliers (photographers, videographers, editors, animators) when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Arts, Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in multimedia production, preferably in advertising, marketing, or digital agencies.
  • Proficient in multimedia software (Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition; Final Cut Pro, or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of video production, editing, motion graphics, and sound design.
  • Experience in live streaming, digital event production, or interactive media is a plus.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and able to communicate ideas effectively.

Work Setup & Culture

  • Hybrid work setup: On-site every Monday at Ortigas Center, Pasig; work-from-home on other days.
