Overview:

The internship focuses on hands-on preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, machine reliability assessment, and repair support for PICKUP COFFEE machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Assistance: Directly assist maintenance technicians with troubleshooting, disassembly, repair, and reassembly of PICKUP COFFE Core equipment.
  • Preventive Maintenance (PM): Participate in scheduled PM inspections, including lubrication, and wear component checks, documenting findings accurately.
  • Technical Documentation: Review and update maintenance manuals, machine specifications, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical mechanical assets.
  • Failure Analysis: Assist the team in investigating equipment failures to determine root causes and propose corrective actions or design modifications.
  • Tool and Equipment Audit: Help ensure all maintenance tools and test equipment are calibrated, organized, and properly maintained.

Learning Objectives:

The intern will develop practical mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and proficiency in diagnosing and resolving common equipment malfunctions in a retail/logistics/ Food and Beverage setting.
