In this role, you'll design, build, and deploy advanced AI solutions that power healthcare insights, recruiter automation, and personalized digital experiences. Build and deploy LLM-based recruiter agents utilizing LangChain and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines. Train and fine-tune machine learning models for content personalization, CME (Continuing Medical Education) recommendations, and second-opinion chatbots. Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature stores to support robust and scalable AI infrastructure. Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to operationalize AI services in production environments. 3–6 years of professional experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or related fields. Proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, FastAPI, LangChain, and Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS). Hands-on experience with ML Ops, model deployment, and data pipeline orchestration. Exposure to healthcare or market research datasets is preferred. Prior experience in a startup environment with a strong builder mindset is an advantage. Must possess hands-on coding ability; this is a non-negotiable requirement. Demonstrated ownership, adaptability, and the ability to work effectively in lean, fast-paced teams. .
