We're looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst to join our team. In this role, you'll be crucial in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions, working closely with our IT Business Analysts and development teams. to translate requirements into robust test plans. Responsibilities:

* Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and design documents provided by IT Business Analysts to develop comprehensive test strategies and test cases.

* Design, develop, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure all functional and non-functional requirements are met.

* Identify, document, and track software defects using project management tools like Jira, Trello, or , working closely with development teams for resolution.

* Perform various types of testing, including functional, regression, integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and performance testing.

* Collaborate with IT Business Analysts to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage.

* Provide regular updates on testing progress, defect status, and overall quality to project stakeholders.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or Tester.

* Strong ability to understand and interpret business requirements and technical specifications.

* Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, , or similar platforms for defect tracking and test case management.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

* Solid understanding of software testing methodologies and the software development lifecycle.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with IT Business Analysts and development teams.

Bonus Points (Highly Desired):

* Familiarity with testing projects involving Artificial Intelligence (AI) / Machine Learning (ML) applications.

* Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.

* Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.
