  • Monitor and update material status, including dispatching and inventory checks.
  • Prepare and process itinerary-related reports and documents.
  • Manage documentation, including linking, printing, and archiving of records.
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of materials when necessary.
  • Coordinate with the Logistics Department and other related domains, as needed.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections, when applicable.
  • Perform tasks to support and facilitate BSPT's business operations as deemed appropriate by Management.
  • Carry out other job-related duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • With at least 2 years of relevant work experience in logistics, warehouse, or inventory management (preferably in the telecom or construction industry).
  • Good communication skills and a strong team player.
  • Computer literate, especially in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and other systems (system familiarity is an advantage).
  • Knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets formulas is an advantage.
  • With valid driver's license and driving skills (an advantage).
  • Physically fit and with no prior physical injuries.
  • Preferably a resident of Pampanga.
