About us

Enrique O. Olonan and Associates is an architectural and engineering design firm based in Quezon City. EOOA's major projects involve the detailed design of various government buildings including academic, office, and hospital buildings.

Role: Structural Engineer

Work Arrangement: Work From Office 

Location: Quezon City

Schedule: Morning Shift (Mon-Fri)

We are looking for:

A highly experienced Civil Engineer with expertise in designing, planning, and managing construction projects. Proficient in overseeing large-scale government infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed site assessment and inspection which include but are not limited to, building measurements, photo documentation and site coordination.
  • Coordinate with concerned entities regarding project activities
  • Prepare project deliverables such as but not limited to as-built and retrofitting drawings, field investigation reports, structural analysis reports, technical specifications, etc.
  • Maintain organized and efficient project documentation
  • Prepare project status reports for monitoring

Requirements

  • Licensed Civil Engineer
  • With at least ten (10) years of experience in the design of office buildings from ground zero.
  • Knowledgeable in computer-aided structural design programs (e.g., Midas, ETABS, MS Excel)
  • Competent and very familiar with relevant government standards.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Structural Engineering codes, construction standards, specs, procedures and construction techniques
  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive work ethics
