Junior Corporate Lawyer

We are looking for a Junior Corporate Lawyer
 to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of providing sound legal advice to support business operations and compliance. Experience in the LPG or energy sector is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contracts Management
     – Draft, review, and provide counsel on agreements and contracts with customers, suppliers, contractors, and other business partners.
  • Compliance and Permits
     – Ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate the acquisition of permits and licenses.
  • Legal Risk Management
     – Advise on potential legal risks related to projects and business operations. Prepare legal opinions and other relevant documents.
  • Litigation and Case Management
     – Coordinate with external counsel and, when required, prepare pleadings, filings, and represent the company in proceedings.
  • Corporate Governance
     – Support board and shareholder activities, including drafting resolutions, minutes, and reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Laws or Juris Doctor degree from a reputable university.
  • Philippine Bar passer with updated MCLE compliance.
  • 2–3 years of legal practice experience, preferably in corporate law and litigation.
  • Familiarity with corporate governance and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience in the LPG or energy industry is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to attend weekly meetings and occasionally travel to government agencies (Manila area).
