I. JOB SUMMARY:

Warehouse staff plays a major role in operations, this role performs a wide range of tasks, including receiving and processing incoming materials and stock, selecting, packing and shipping orders, and monitoring, organizing, and retrieving stock.

II. REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS:

· The warehouse directly reports to operation associates and warehouse supervisor.

· The warehouse staff may coordinate to customer service representative (CSR) forklift operators.

III. KEY RESULTS AREA

· PICKER

o Conduct actual picking process, CBM and putting away of received items

o Process picking items for inbound and outbound.

o Keeping records of incoming and outgoing shipments

o Pulling and packing of items base on the requested inbound and outbound shipment.

o Operates equipment such as hand pallet trucks.

· CHECKER

o Proper Documentation and Record Keeping:

¨ Secure all documents for incoming and outgoing to verifying and assure the accurate items received and dispatch.

¨ Ensure all documents are properly fill up before endorsing it to CSR

¨ Securing all documents from the supplier is complete upon receiving and dispatching.

o Inbound:

¨ Putting items in pallet and securing pallet ID for identification

¨ Records all documents came from supplier in STS

¨ Issue gate pass

¨ Put away items per location code

¨ Conduct proper inspection of incoming goods and report if there is damage.

o Outbound

¨ Ensure and inspect all outgoing goods and report if there is any damage.

¨ Checking all items for dispatch and ensure that this goods complete for shipment

IV. REQUIREMENTS:

· At least high school graduate with relevant experience in warehousing and logistics.

· With at least 2 years' experience in warehousing and logistics

· Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a checker or similar role.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

· Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

· Knowledge of inventory management software and basic computer skills.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Commitment to upholding high standards of quality and professionalism.
