POD Processor

*URGENT HIRING: POD PROCESSOR
Location: AC Logistics, Maguyam, Silang Cavite*

Job Summary:

The POD Processor is responsible for handling, checking, and encoding all Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to ensure accuracy and timely updating of shipment records. This role is vital in supporting logistics operations, verifying deliveries, and maintaining complete documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, sort, and verify POD documents from drivers and logistics personnel
• Check delivery receipts for completeness, accuracy, and signed acknowledgment
• Encode POD details into the system or tracking platform
• Monitor and update delivery status to ensure all shipments are accounted for
• Coordinate with dispatchers, drivers, and client coordinators for missing or unclear documents
• Secure and file POD documents for internal reference and audits
• Prepare daily and weekly POD reports for supervisors or management
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of all do
• Assist in other administrative tasks related to delivery operations

Qualifications:

• Preferably with experience in POD processing, document control, or logistics admin tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in checking documents
• Basic knowledge of logistics and delivery processes
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and data encoding
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Can work under time pressure and handle multiple documents
• Willing to work in Maguyam, Silang Cavite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php550.00 per day
