About the role

Reporting to the Legal Counsel at FLO Attorneys-at-Law, this full-time Legal Secretary role is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality administrative and secretarial support to the legal department in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Legal Counsel and broader legal team
  2. Organising and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems for legal documents and correspondence
  3. Preparing and processing legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and correspondence
  4. Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and events for the legal team
  5. Handling telephone inquiries and serving as the primary point of contact for the legal department
  6. Assisting with research and providing general support for ongoing legal projects and initiatives
  7. Ensuring efficient workflow and providing administrative support as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a legal environment
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  3. Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to multi-task and prioritise effectively
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  7. Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is highly desirable
