Job Summary:

We are seeking a Broiler Farm Manager to oversee and manage farm operations, ensuring optimal poultry production and biosecurity compliance. The ideal candidate should have expertise in poultry farm management, production planning, and staff supervision.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, BS Agriculture major in Animal Science, Agriculture, or related field
  • Preferably with at least 3 years of experience in poultry operations
  • Strong knowledge of Broiler Farm Operations, production planning, and biosecurity protocols
  • Proficient in farm data analysis, feed and medication scheduling, and disease prevention
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Willing to be assigned in Bukidnon

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall farm operation to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Evaluate performance of subordinates and provide mentoring and training as needed.
  • Review chick placement, feed delivery, medication, vaccination, and harvest schedules prepared by the Module Supervisor and verify implementation.
  • Ensure strict compliance with farm biosecurity measures and sanitary protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation across the entire farm.
  • Analyze farm performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement.
