Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders
  • Reconcile bank statements and ledger entries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes
  • Assist with audits and financial reporting
  • Enter financial data into accounting software
  • Respond to vendor and client inquiries
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Support other administrative and accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Previous experience in an Accounting role is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and/or accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) is preferred
  • Amenable to work near Jose Abad Santos Avenue, Dolores, San Fernando, Pampanga

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Php550.00 per day
