Manila, National Capital Region, Philippines Expand Force IT Solutions Inc. Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

Manages the day-to-day operations of the whole team. Accomplishes project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities. Take on the management of key client projects with the goal of delivering every project on time, within budget and within scope.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all IT Manager, Team Manager, and other relevant parties, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Build, update, and manage project plans from the time the deal gets closed to the execution of the project.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Make sure that the communication between the client, the salesperson and technical person happens.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, checklist and milestone.
  • Update and manage the checklist/documentation for any missing process, step or information in order to complete the process.
  • Update and manage project management process documentation.
  • Identify any project roadblock and coordinate internal resources to push the project forward.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget (if applicable).
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the communication and relationship with the client.
  • Provide stakeholder accurate and consistent project updates through different means of communications.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Work with Sales and Marketing team regarding fulfillment of scope of work and partner related association requirement.
  • Render weekend work, on a scheduled basis, in order to address any project-related tasks or issues or as needed by the management.
  • Provides leadership through coaching, feedback, development goals, and performance management.
  • Guides and manages the team to ensure that the group attains set Goals or Metrics and accomplishes their duties, responsibilities, and assignments.
  • Other Project Management-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of Project Management from IT Industry is a must.
  • Must have a good understanding of Project Management life cycle and methodologies.
  • PMP, ITIL, or any equivalent or related certification is a must.
  • Experience in utilizing Power BI or any data analytics tools is a must.
  • Must have knowledge with Microsoft-based infrastructure including not limited to Windows Servers , Windows 10 laptops and desktops and cloud environments such as Office 365 and Microsoft Azure.
  • Must be available to work in night shift, holidays and/or weekend schedules
  • Knowledge with Cisco/Meraki-based products is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, MS Project, ConnectWise Project
  • Understands/Knowledgeable on Service Delivery data such as KPI's and metrics
  • Strong command with documentation, presentation, and other organizational practices
  • Enthusiastic and ambitious
  • Amenable to work on night shift and PH holidays.
  • Open to a hybrid work setup (Satellite Office: Taytay, Rizal)
