Job Description:

  1. Validates incoming and outgoing shipments. Ensures that actual SKU and quantities tallies with the documents and WMS (warehouse management system).
  2. Validates inbound and outbound documents . Ensures proper documentation and proper encoding in the system.
  3. Properly files duly-approved generated documents for inbound and outbound.
  4. Coordinates with drivers, client's representatives, checkers and forklift operators all inbound and outbound documentation status
  5. Collaborate with team members to optimise warehouse workflows and processes

Qualifications:

  • With at least 1-2 years experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • Keen to details
  • Profeciency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new skills
