Job Description The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting activities in the warehouse to ensure availability and efficient distribution of stocks and materials. Key responsibilities include: Managing the warehouse and satellite locations to maintain required inventory levels, an organized stock layout, and a safe work environment. Conducting periodic physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses. Inspecting warehouse equipment to maintain safe operating conditions. Monitoring staff to ensure stock and non-stock items are received within specifications and that quantity and quality of orders are correct. Processing stock requisitions to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials. Ensuring all items for delivery are loaded and unloaded in a systematic and orderly manner. Collaborating with sales administration to ensure products reach the right customer at the optimal time in a cost-effective manner. Ensuring timely encoding of required data in the ERIC system. Submitting required reports, such as monthly activity reports, as directed by the employer. Participating, coordinating, and supporting warehouse and logistics operations, including collaborating with other departments. Checking and analyzing documents, such as dispatch reports, inventory accuracy reports, and bad order reports, and preparing additional documentation as necessary. Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Overseeing ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes. Working with the logistics team to manage shipping processes and schedules. Following and adhering to all administrative policies implemented by the employer. Carrying out other reasonable duties as required by the employer.
