Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting activities in the warehouse to ensure availability and efficient distribution of stocks and materials.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the warehouse and satellite locations to maintain required inventory levels, an organized stock layout, and a safe work environment.
  • Conducting periodic physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses.
  • Inspecting warehouse equipment to maintain safe operating conditions.
  • Monitoring staff to ensure stock and non-stock items are received within specifications and that quantity and quality of orders are correct.
  • Processing stock requisitions to ensure timely delivery of supplies and materials.
  • Ensuring all items for delivery are loaded and unloaded in a systematic and orderly manner.
  • Collaborating with sales administration to ensure products reach the right customer at the optimal time in a cost-effective manner.
  • Ensuring timely encoding of required data in the ERIC system.
  • Submitting required reports, such as monthly activity reports, as directed by the employer.
  • Participating, coordinating, and supporting warehouse and logistics operations, including collaborating with other departments.
  • Checking and analyzing documents, such as dispatch reports, inventory accuracy reports, and bad order reports, and preparing additional documentation as necessary.
  • Collaborating with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Overseeing ordering, storing, receiving, and distributing processes.
  • Working with the logistics team to manage shipping processes and schedules.
  • Following and adhering to all administrative policies implemented by the employer.
  • Carrying out other reasonable duties as required by the employer.
