Daily

  • Assign repair tasks
  • Inspect completed jobs for quality
  • Monitor technician attendance/performance
  • Communicate with CS team and clients about status updates
  • Ensure parts/tools availability

Weekly

  • Track turnaround time and technician productivity
  • Conduct safety checks and report repair delays
  • Follow up on customer complaints and feedback

Monthly

  • Analyze shop KPIs and report trends
  • Submit warranty/compliance reports
  • Coordinate on recurring repair issues or training needs

Quarterly

  • Adjust goals based on trends
  • Implement service improvements based on CS feedback
  • Inspect/maintain shop equipment

Annual

  • Conduct technician performance reviews
  • Recommend staffing adjustments
  • Drive continuous process optimization and upskilling plans

Qualifications

  • Graduate of ECE, ME, EE, or Technical Vocational Course (TESDA-certified)
  • Appliance repair certifications from OEM or trade institutions
  • Leadership or safety training is a plus
  • 3–5 years of experience in appliance repair
  • At least 1–2 years of leadership or team lead experience
  • Track record of improving repair turnaround time and quality
  • Hands-on, accountable, and results-driven
