Key Responsibilities

1. Order Fulfillment & Operations

  • Supervise the end-to-end fulfillment process for TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee orders.
  • Ensure timely order picking, packing, and dispatch according to SLA requirements.
  • Monitor order queues, cancellations, and returns; resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and courier teams for smooth delivery flow.

2. Inventory Management

  • Oversee daily stock levels and synchronize inventory across all marketplaces.
  • Conduct stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with procurement and warehouse for restocking and forecasting.
  • Prevent stockouts, overselling, and inventory mismatches.

3. Platform Operations

  • Manage backend operations for TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee.
  • Ensure accurate listings, pricing updates, and promotions.
  • Track performance metrics and maintain high fulfillment rates.
  • Coordinate with platform account managers for campaigns and optimization.

4. Team Supervision

  • Lead and train fulfillment associates, pickers, and packers.
  • Plan daily workload and monitor performance quality.
  • Implement SOPs and ensure compliance in all processes.
  • Conduct evaluations and provide coaching.

5. Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Monitor key KPIs and propose workflow improvements.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports for management review.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Service for seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2+ years experience in e-commerce or fulfillment operations.
  • Strong knowledge of TikTok Shop, Lazada, and Shopee Seller Centers.
  • Skilled in inventory control, order fulfillment, and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Excel, reporting tools, and e-commerce dashboards.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
