About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Kidapawan. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or entry-level professionals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will undergo initial training in Manila, with free accommodation and allowance provided during the training period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer service functions including order-taking, payment processing, complaint resolution, and inquiries.
  • Act as a reliever for Account Specialists when needed.
  • Process electronic orders via Argus or online ordering systems.
  • Print and prepare reports for Account Specialists.
  • Endorse customer transaction details to the appropriate Account Specialist.
  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions with customers.
  • Attend company meetings and training sessions.
  • Maintain good attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Willing to work on Saturdays.
  • Willing to undergo training in Manila in the first month and other province for the next months before the final deployment in Kidapawan (accommodation and allowance provided).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
