Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead store staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally.
  • Ensure proper product display, cleanliness, and store organization.
  • Manage cashiering processes, including opening and closing of the store.
  • Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and daily reports.

Requirements

  1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  2. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  3. Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office).
  4. Willing to assign any branches (Midsayap,Kidapawan and Tacurong ).
