Location: Kidapawan City (with initial training in Manila and at least one provincial Distribution Center: Davao, Labangan, Cagayan de Oro, or Iloilo)

About the Role:

We are hiring a Field Accounts Specialist for our upcoming Kidapawan Distribution Center, opening in July 2026. The successful candidate will undergo a multi-phase training program starting in Manila (with free accommodation and allowance), followed by field training in at least one provincial DC. Final deployment will be in Kidapawan. We are prioritizing applicants who are home-based in the following areas, which are part of the assigned coverage:

• Maguindanao del Norte – Cotabato City: Barira, Buldon, Parang, Sultan Mastura → Preferred: Someone from Parang
• Maguindanao del Sur – Butuan: Buluan, Datu Paglas, Gen. Salipada K. Pendatun, Mangudadatu, Pagalungan, Paglat → Preferred: Someone from Buluan
• Maguindanao del Sur – Butuan: Ampatuan, Datu Anggal Midtimbang, Datu Hoffer Ampatuan, Datu Montawal, Datu Salibo, Datu Unsay, Guindulungan, Shariff Aguak, Shariff Saydona Mustapha, South Upi, Talayan → Preferred: Someone from Guindulungan
• South Cotabato – Koronadal: Koronadal City, Tantangan, Norala, Banga, Sto. Niño, Surallah, Lake Sebu → Preferred: Someone from Koronadal
• Sarangani Province – Alabel: Alabel, Glan, Kiamba, Maasim, Maitum, Malapatan, Malungon → Preferred: Someone from Malapatan
• Sultan Kudarat – Tacurong: Columbio, Lutayan, Pres. Quirino, Tacurong → Preferred: Someone from Tacurong
• Sultan Kudarat – Tacurong: Esperanza, Isulan, Bagumbayan, Sen. Ninoy Aquino, Lebak, Kalamansig, Palimbang → Preferred: Someone from Isulan

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

• Ensure product distribution and merchandising in assigned accounts

• Identify and develop trade and business opportunities

• Monitor and report on market trends and competitor activities

• Manage unsaleable merchandise and ensure proper product handling

• Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports

• Build strong relationships with trade partners

• Protect and utilize company assets - Practice safe work habits and pursue self-improvement

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any 4-year business-related course (We accept those who finised 2 years in college)

• Experience in FMCG sales and distribution preferred

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• Willing to relocate and undergo training in multiple provincial locations

• Must know how to drive and hold a valid Driver's License - Preferably familiar and residing in one of the target areas listed above
